Clear briefs.
Considered delivery.

Clarify the brief, budget in US dollars (USD), and acceptance criteria for writing, translation, images, video or data. When paid services open, the company will be responsible for organising production, quality review and delivery.

Our planned service process

Know what to expect at each step.

Only enquiries are open today. Before any future paid order, scope, amount, deadlines, revisions and refund terms must be agreed in writing.

  1. Discuss the brief

Describe the business purpose, available materials and desired outcome, and propose a budget in US dollars (USD).

  2. Confirm in writing

Agree scope, the USD amount, timing, formats, acceptance, revisions, cancellation and refund terms. An enquiry does not create an order.

  3. Produce and review

The company will organise production and take responsibility for quality review. Working with independent providers does not remove our delivery responsibility.

  4. Deliver and check

Deliver the agreed electronic files for review against the written criteria. The company will handle revisions, support and any refund due.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Can we talk before I have a complete brief?

Start with the use case, the materials you already have and the outcome you want. The conversation can help clarify scope, formats and acceptance criteria. Sensitive source materials are not needed at this stage.

How are budgets and delivery times agreed?

Customers may propose a budget in US dollars (USD). Before a future paid order is accepted, the amount, scope, timing, acceptance, revisions and refund terms must be agreed in writing. This page offers no fixed-price packages or universal turnaround time.

How will AI and customer materials be used?

Any intended AI tools or models and their purpose must be disclosed in advance. Sending customer materials to an external AI service requires explicit prior agreement to the tool, purpose and material scope. Silence is not consent. Please do not send sensitive source materials in an initial enquiry.

Are the examples completed client projects?

No. They illustrate possible deliverable formats, rather than client case studies, a project track record or evidence of results. Actual deliverables depend on the requirements agreed together.

Start with a conversation

Bring your idea. Let’s clarify the brief.

Tell us the task type, quantity, expected format, budget in US dollars (USD) and timing. An enquiry does not create an order or trigger a payment.
