These terms cover browsing and enquiries. Paid services are not currently open.
Operator and current scope
This website is operated under the hasslefree brand by HASSLEFREE DIGITAL SERVICES LIMITED (無憂數字服務有限公司), a Hong Kong company. Contact: contact@hasslefreeltd.com.
The website provides service information and email enquiries. It has no live registration, ordering, payments, balances or withdrawals. Sending an enquiry, receiving a reply or viewing an example does not create a paid order.
Services, budgets and delivery
The planned services are copywriting, translation, image design, video production, data annotation and data organisation for business use. Deliverables are agreed electronic files, with no physical shipping. Examples illustrate formats; they are not client case studies or promises of results.
Customers may propose a budget in US dollars (USD). Before a future paid order is accepted, both parties must agree in writing on scope, the USD amount, delivery timing and method, acceptance criteria, revisions, cancellation and refunds. This website offers no fixed-price packages or universal turnaround time.
Responsibility and customer materials
The company plans to contract directly with customers and remain responsible for organising production, quality review, delivery, support and refunds. Working with independent providers, or involving customers in choosing a provider, does not remove that responsibility.
For an enquiry, provide only what is needed to assess the request and ensure you have the right to share it. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, passwords, payment card details or unauthorised personal information. The planned scope of data annotation and organisation is ordinary business material without personal information.
AI use and rights in deliverables
Intended AI tools or models and their purpose must be disclosed in advance. Sending customer materials to an external AI service requires explicit prior agreement to the tool, purpose and material scope. Silence is not consent. Material changes require renewed agreement.
For future projects, rights in deliverables, source files, third-party licences and limitations of AI-generated content must be explained in writing before charging. Examples do not promise exclusive transferable rights in every output, accuracy or business returns.
